Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning, conceptualization, documentation, and coordination of various HR digitalization projects within the department. The Specialist will serve as the primary Administrator, Key User, and Troubleshooter for various HR software and tools, including performing initial system configurations necessary for process mapping. A core function is the analysis and optimization of existing digital workflows to enhance efficiency. Furthermore, the specialist is responsible for developing and conducting internal training sessions for both managers and employees, ensuring effective knowledge management through knowledge bases and support offerings. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent, possess experience in project management related to digitalization (preferably within HR), and demonstrate strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills. This position offers creative freedom, continuous professional development, and the security of a permanent contract within the Hessian state service.

Experience

  • Experience in project management related to digitalization projects, preferably in the HR sector
  • Practical experience with a ticket system (ideally)
