Job Summary

This role is central to maintaining and advancing the company's technical landscape, focusing heavily on cloud infrastructure and internal service delivery. The administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, and commissioning of technical solutions, primarily within the AZURE Cloud environment, ensuring its continuous operation and stability. Key daily tasks include configuring and managing the MS Teams and SharePoint environments, along with providing comprehensive First and Second Level Support. This involves user administration in Microsoft O365, troubleshooting client issues, and administering the network and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD). Candidates must possess a completed professional qualification as an IT Specialist or a degree in Computer Science/IT Security, coupled with fundamental knowledge of Microsoft O365, server operating systems, and practical experience in backup/recovery concepts. This is a permanent position within a globally recognized leader in Smart Industry, requiring strong German and English skills, and readiness for occasional travel between the Friedrichsdorf and Fulda locations.
