This role focuses on the development, programming, and commissioning of advanced control systems and electrical equipment for innovative biogas plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming Beckhoff controllers (TwinCAT 2, CODESYS/IEC 61131-3), developing reusable program modules, and creating comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications. A core part of the job involves providing remote and on-site support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Key qualifications include extensive experience in PLC/IPC programming and automation, along with strong analytical, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented skills. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician (Electrical/Automation Technology), Electrical Engineering degree, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Extensive experience in PLC/IPC programming and automation
- Programming experience with CODESYS (IEC 61131-3)
- Practical experience in PLC programming with Beckhoff/TwinCAT (ideally TwinCAT 2)
- Experience in creating requirement specifications and project documentation
