Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Lubrication Systems Developer for OKS, a leading specialty lubricants brand within the global Freudenberg Group. The core responsibilities focus on the full lifecycle of development projects, including planning, executing, and evaluating new lubrication systems. A key aspect of the job is supporting continuous improvement by coordinating closely with manufacturing departments to enhance efficiency and optimize processes. You will also analyze customer and competitor samples, guide product developments through to serial readiness, and maintain meticulous development documentation. Furthermore, the role requires cooperative collaboration with customers, suppliers, and sister companies, and supporting the Quality Control department. This position requires a background in Chemistry or Chemical Technology and demands high levels of initiative, motivation, and accountability, operating within a stable industrial environment near Munich.
