Job Summary
This full-time role, based in Munich, seeks a motivated Process Engineer specializing in Safety Electronics to drive the standardization and optimization of development processes for safety-relevant electronic systems within an international organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and continuously improving processes, organizing process projects, and moderating workshops across various departments. A key focus is ensuring strict adherence to rail-specific standards necessary for official certifications. The role also involves conducting process conformity audits on current development projects, providing technical support, and harmonizing processes across international sites. Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, coupled with professional experience in process management or safety system development. Experience with functional safety (e.g., Rail, Automotive) and auditing is highly advantageous, alongside strong communication skills for working effectively in international teams.
