Job Summary

This role involves the crucial installation, configuration, and administration of server and client systems, along with associated network services (including Windows, Linux, and potentially VMware), requiring both independent work and teamwork. The specialist will provide comprehensive user support for software and hardware inquiries via various channels (in-person, phone, email, remote).
