Job Summary

This Medical Consultant role is centered on optimizing procurement and processes within the healthcare sector, supporting institutions like hospitals and rehab centers. The consultant will independently manage defined product categories, encompassing everything from supplier and client negotiations, contract management, and project steering. A key part of the role involves self-sufficiently handling smaller projects from analysis through to tender preparation and client presentations, while also identifying significant savings potential for major clients. Candidates are expected to develop strategic concepts, drive process optimization, and actively expand their professional network. Furthermore, the position includes providing guidance and technical support to Junior Consultants. Ideal candidates possess multi-year experience in purchasing, preferably within a healthcare or clinic environment, coupled with strong organizational, negotiation, and advanced MS Excel skills.
