The AI Knowledge and Enablement Specialist will be pivotal in driving AI adoption, specifically focusing on Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI technologies, within a dynamic legal and tech environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include championing prompt engineering, crafting reusable prompt patterns, and developing a centralized AI knowledge hub containing training materials and use cases. The specialist will design and deliver tailored AI training programs to different groups, lead strategic adoption initiatives with measurable outcomes, and moderate firm-wide knowledge-sharing sessions. This role requires experience in knowledge management or digital enablement, familiarity with generative AI tools (like Copilot or ChatGPT), and strong English communication skills.
