Job Summary
This permanent, full-time Facility Manager role involves the comprehensive support and maintenance of HABAU GROUP locations primarily across Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland, Austria. The core responsibilities include the operation and technical maintenance of critical building systems, specifically heating, climate control, and ventilation (HKLS). The manager will be actively involved in fault management and property issue resolution, acting as the independent primary interface for external service providers. This includes obtaining quotes and coordinating necessary maintenance work. Candidates must have a successfully completed apprenticeship or schooling, preferably in Electrical Engineering, HKLS, or Construction Technology, and possess relevant professional experience. The position requires strong technical and manual aptitude, proficiency with MS Office, a willingness to travel, and a valid B driver's license.
