Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the Building Services (TGA) team of 8 employees, overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of all technical building systems within one of Europe's largest opera houses. Key responsibilities include managing HVAC (ventilation, heating, cooling), sanitary, fire suppression, elevator, and building control systems (MSR/BMS). The successful candidate will organize mandatory legal inspections, maintain technical documentation, and supervise external service providers. They will also support departmental leadership in awarding construction contracts and executing building projects. Required qualifications include a vocational qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in HVAC/Building Services, extensive professional experience in TGA installation and maintenance, and proficiency in building management systems and MS Office. This position offers a long-term, diverse role requiring physical resilience, flexibility, and a willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
