Job Summary
This critical role involves managing and optimizing the company's HR Information Systems, primarily focusing on the SAP SuccessFactors suite. The System Owner will be responsible for the administration and configuration of various modules, including Recruiting, Employee Central, Compensation, and Learning. Key daily tasks include analyzing requirements from HR stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications, and coordinating with the IT department for implementation. The manager will lead projects for system development, manage change requests, and ensure data quality and security in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer. Additionally, the role involves strategic development, monitoring HR-IT trends, and providing technical support and training to HR staff, making strong project management and communication skills essential for success.
Required Skills
Education
4-year university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics. Train the Trainer certification (desirable).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Project Management
- Several years of experience in Human Resources and Information Technology with relevance to HR, preferably with the SuccessFactors Suite
- Professional experience in the technical leadership of international project teams (desirable)
