Job Summary

The Service Technician will be a key member of the team ensuring the safe and economical operation of regional hydropower plants in the Frankfurt area. Daily responsibilities include performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and repairs to guarantee high system availability. A major focus is on independent troubleshooting and prompt fault resolution to minimize downtime. The technician will also supervise repairs carried out by external service providers and must be prepared to make critical decisions, in consultation with leadership, regarding the continued operation or emergency shutdown of facilities during technical incidents. This position offers a crisis-proof, permanent contract with regulated working hours and compensation based on the TVÖD collective agreement, providing stability and professional growth within the energy sector.
