This role is for a working student to join the 1st-level IT support team for a major IT infrastructure in the Würzburg region. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving technical inquiries and incident reports, identifying various technical problems, creating support tickets, and escalating issues to 2nd-level support when necessary. This position offers financial reliability with an unlimited contract, flexible working hours that can be managed via an app, and the possibility of increased work during semester breaks.
