Job Summary

This role involves performing critical molecular diagnostic tasks within a leading international laboratory group, SYNLAB, located in Munich. The specialist will independently process viral, bacterial, and human genetic samples using Real-time PCR, including evaluation, and operate and maintain complex software-controlled systems such as MagNA Pure, LightCycler, Cobas 5800/6800, and pipetting robots. A key responsibility is the validation, verification, and establishment of new molecular biology procedures, alongside HLA typing using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an MTL/BTA or a degree in Molecular Biology/Biology with relevant experience. The position offers a secure, permanent employment contract in a modern, central Munich lab, emphasizing team collaboration, continuous development, and autonomous work, contributing directly to patient diagnostics.
