This pivotal role involves shaping the engineering standards and ensuring reliable 24/7 operations for the Next Generation Modular Control Center System (MCCS), a critical component of the digital energy transition infrastructure at 50Hertz. The Principle Engineer will be instrumental in defining comprehensive policies for development, architecture, and CI/CD implementation, ensuring MCCS meets the highest standards of security, performance, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include steering the Architecture Decision Body, coordinating infrastructure interfaces, and providing expert consultation to development teams on implementing central specifications. This position requires strong experience leading complex software projects, particularly utilizing Cloud-Native environments, DevOps, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.
