Job Summary

This role is a compelling opportunity for an experienced Cleanroom Operator in Berlin, working within a medium-sized production company specializing in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) processing. Day-to-day responsibilities include essential cleanroom procedures such as laminating, exposing, and developing PCBs. The operator will also be responsible for running and monitoring CNC systems and performing necessary galvanizing tasks. The ideal candidate must possess professional experience in cleanroom environments, demonstrate a high degree of quality awareness, and be a strong team player. While training in microtechnology or a comparable technical qualification is beneficial, the core requirement is proven operational experience. This position offers a permanent contract via temporary employment with the strong prospect of being permanently hired by the client company, along with above-tariff compensation.
