Job Summary

This critical role requires an experienced leader to take ownership of the full-cycle hardware development for innovative e-mobility charging solutions. You will lead a team of Electronic Engineers, guiding the development of electronics architecture and detailed EE design from conception through production, maintenance, and upgrading. A key focus is driving product excellence through in-house testing, promoting lean and agile practices, and ensuring compliance by collaborating with R&D, product compliance experts, and the production department in Austria. The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience in electronic circuitry design, product certification, and team leadership, coupled with a degree in Engineering and technical knowledge of tools like Altium Designer and Linux-based systems.
