Job Summary
This permanent, full-time position with the municipal utility company of Kevelaer focuses on managing essential infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, tendering, and execution of new construction, renovation, and maintenance measures across civil engineering, road construction, and sewer systems. Day-to-day tasks include local site management, technical supervision of external engineering firms, rigorous quality control, schedule planning, and invoice verification. Key qualifications required are a university degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably with a focus on transportation, road construction, or project management. Alternatively, a qualification as a certified technician or master craftsman in road/civil engineering is accepted. Candidates must demonstrate strong IT proficiency (MS Office), reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with citizens and partners.
