Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Field Service Technician in Oberkochen to ensure the smooth operation of critical IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the maintenance and troubleshooting of network components, including installation and replacement within LAN and IPT (IP Telephony) environments. The technician will also provide crucial support to other service personnel within a 150km radius, meticulously documenting all completed work using a ticketing system. Ideal candidates should possess strong professional knowledge of network environments, specifically covering Cisco, LAN, WAN, Switches, and Routers. While a completed professional training qualification in the IT field is desirable, the company offers comprehensive onboarding, making it suitable for career changers. Fluency in German and basic knowledge of English are required, along with a valid Class B driving license, essential for this dynamic field service position.
