Job Summary

The Senior Principal Scientist in Process Chemistry is responsible for leading the development and optimization of chemical processes, focusing on enhancing yield, quality, and cost-effectiveness for small molecules, protein conjugates, and peptides. Day-to-day tasks involve contributing to internal and external process transfers (scale-up) from labs to production sites, ensuring compliance with rigorous safety regulations, and providing expert scientific guidance to laboratory teams. A key part of the role is driving innovation by evaluating and implementing cutting-edge chemical technologies and methods, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and presenting findings to stakeholders and external communities.
