Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level technical support within a large social welfare organization. Key daily activities include maintaining and caring for the existing IT infrastructure, procuring and setting up new hardware and software, and managing user and computer accounts in Active Directory. The role also involves supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, administering Windows clients, and documenting procedures and solutions within a ticketing system. Candidates must possess professional experience with current Windows clients and servers, familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and fundamental knowledge of network services (DHCP, DNS).
