Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced electronics professional ready to take on significant leadership responsibility and advance into a Production Manager position within a forward-looking electronics company. The primary focus is the technical and disciplinary leadership of a manufacturing area, currently overseeing 25 employees with potential for growth. Day-to-day tasks involve planning, organizing, and controlling production operations to reliably meet customer expectations, guided by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, quality, efficiency, and delivery reliability. You will implement performance optimization strategies, including Continuous Improvement Process (KVP) and 5S methodology, while developing systems and processes to boost overall productivity. A crucial part of the role is coaching, mentoring, and developing your team, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. Successful candidates must possess a strong 'hands-on' mentality, proven leadership experience in manufacturing, and a technical background in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
