Job Summary

As an Airplane Doors Onsite Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and product usability within the Aftersales department for Airplane Doors. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating all onsite service activities, both internal and external, to ensure timely and quality delivery of agreements. You will lead cross-functional teams at various locations and in the back office, serving as the primary interface for Airbus MCA & FAL customers, including providing technical support during commercial discussions. Additionally, you will manage supplier relationships, support process improvement initiatives, and oversee Non-Conformance (NC) management for Airbus doors. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial training as a Technician/Specialist, Industrial Mechanic, Logistics Specialist, Mechanic, or comparable commercial training. Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable technical studies.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing/production
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in aircraft construction
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain/logistics
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in technical documentation
  • Experience in Onsite Management/Customer Service environment
  • Product experience in Airplane Doors is advantageous
  • Experience in Airbus aircraft manufacturing environment
