Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated After Sales Project Engineer to manage and execute service inquiries for complex pharmaceutical machinery, ensuring professional, timely, and cost-effective solutions for international clients. Day-to-day activities involve reviewing customer-specific service requests, providing technical service estimations, and acting as a critical interface between specialized technical engineering departments (Mechanics, Electrics, Automation) and Service Account Management. You will support development and customer projects, share technical knowledge internally, and promote sustainable reuse of modifications. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree or certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology, coupled with professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering, ideally in project planning. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory for international customer communication. This position offers an unlimited contract, excellent compensation, and the opportunity to work with global market leaders, requiring occasional international travel (approx. 20 days annually).
