Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician specializing in preventative fire protection, focusing primarily on electrical Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilation (SHEV/RWA) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, programming, commissioning, service, maintenance, and repair of these critical systems, primarily within the 80-86 German postal code area. Day-to-day tasks include working independently on-site with customers, creating detailed documentation for all work performed, and providing training to operating personnel for new construction projects. A background as an Industrial Mechanic, Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification is required, along with a strong focus on customer service and reliability.
