Job Summary

This role seeks a detail-oriented Biochemistry Quality Specialist to ensure GMP compliance and drive continuous improvement within bulk production operations in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Key responsibilities include managing deviation reports, conducting thorough root cause analyses, and implementing necessary Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). The specialist will also coordinate technical projects, draft and review critical quality documentation such as SOPs and manufacturing instructions, and actively seek opportunities to optimize routine production processes. The role involves supporting qualifications and validations, coordinating safety topics, and acting as a subject matter expert during audits and inspections. The ideal candidate possesses a technical or scientific degree and demonstrable professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, particularly focusing on production support and process enhancements. This position offers a challenging and varied scope of work within an international corporate setting, requiring a reliable, solution-oriented personality with excellent communication skills in both fluent German and good English.
