Job Summary

This role involves executing critical telecommunications and electrical infrastructure tasks, focusing heavily on fiber optic cabling, installation, and maintenance. The technician will be responsible for in-house and field fiber optic cabling, including modem installation, blowing, and splicing of fiber optic cables. A key daily activity includes surveying buildings (multi-party and single-family homes) to determine feasibility for fiber optic connectivity. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education in an electrical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services), coupled with practical experience in building installation and strong manual dexterity. Success in this position requires motivation, reliability, teamwork, and excellent customer interaction skills, supported by good German language proficiency and a valid Class B driver's license. The position offers long-term employment in a future-proof sector with opportunities for process co-design.
