Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical Technical Assistant to ensure process quality within pre-treatment and cathodic dip painting (KTL) systems in Hagenbach. Day-to-day responsibilities involve meticulous monitoring, performing precise titration analyses, controlling critical parameters, and executing quality assurance tests on metal sheets according to rigorous automotive standards. A key function is planning and documenting corrosion tests following VDA and DIN ISO specifications. The role also requires managing and organizing chemicals and collaborating closely with the team to continuously improve painting processes. Candidates should possess a relevant technical qualification, a keen interest in quality assurance, and ideally some initial laboratory experience, though career changers are welcome.
