Job Summary
This leadership role involves managing and steering all maintenance activities within the fresh meat technology department for a major food production subsidiary of the REWE Group. The Head of Technology will be responsible for organizing, communicating, and coordinating maintenance measures, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and fostering continuous team development. Key tasks include ordering spare parts to guarantee equipment availability, planning and supervising external contractors, and actively supporting machinery repair and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate possesses a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, relevant professional experience, and proven leadership skills. This position offers a permanent, full-time contract in Frankfurt am Main, providing a stable work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and project responsibility within a dynamic team.
