Job Summary
This permanent, part-time role as a Controlling Specialist is crucial for the financial steering of the municipal administration. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on financial reporting and Cost and Performance Accounting (KLR). You will be tasked with retrieving detailed financial information from budgeting and treasury programs, creating target-group oriented reports, and preparing necessary documentation for reporting discussions. A significant part of the role involves maintaining cost center assignments, calculating costs and services, and centrally determining fees, contributions, and usage charges in collaboration with various specialized departments. Candidates must bring a strong background in accounting, preferably within KLR, and possess either a completed administrative qualification or commercial training with several years of professional experience. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape and develop continuous changes within the public administration sector, requiring a structured, proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
