Job Summary

This role involves planning and contributing to the development and implementation of production processes within manufacturing. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, work plans, and bills of materials for serial devices and repairs, meticulously documenting everything in SAP. A key aspect of the role is supporting the development and testing of manufacturing processes and prototypes, as well as launching new projects and products into production, collaborating closely with engineering, design, quality, and project management teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial mechanics or mechatronics, coupled with significant experience in assembly, commissioning of opto-electronic devices, and metrology. Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and Lean Production/Six Sigma methodologies is essential, alongside a strong command of German and advanced English.
