Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to lead technical and infrastructural teams across multiple properties in the Mannheim area, ensuring the reliable operation of building technology. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical processes, including quality assurance, while maintaining strict cost control and budget adherence for all Facility Management contracts. Key responsibilities involve managing team deployment, fulfilling contractual obligations, and serving as the primary communication point for clients and authorities. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering, supply engineering, or facility management, coupled with multi-year practical experience and strong organizational skills. This position offers a permanent contract, a company car (for private use), 30 days of vacation, and extensive development opportunities within a leading German service provider.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrician for Industrial Engineering, Plant Mechanic SHK, or similar; OR Completed degree in Supply Engineering, Engineering, or Facility Management

Experience

  • Experience in ensuring the economic efficiency of FM contracts
