Job Summary

This role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of the maintenance team at the Kippenheim location. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies to monitor and ensure the smooth, uninterrupted operation of production processes. Key day-to-day tasks include independently planning, executing, and monitoring all repairs, maintenance, and inspections for production and building technical systems and machinery. You will also manage and oversee external service providers and contractors, and take on the role of a trainer to support and mentor apprentices. We are seeking a professional with a completed technical vocational qualification, further specialized as a Technician or Master Craftsman in Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics, coupled with significant professional experience in technical maintenance. This position requires strong assertiveness, structured work methods, analytical thinking, and a crucial hands-on mentality, offering the opportunity to contribute expertise within a friendly team environment.
