SMT Technologist - Precision Series Production | SMD-Technologe (m/w/d) – Präzision in Serie

Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced SMT Technologist to ensure precision and efficiency in series production within a modern manufacturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and optimizing critical process parameters for Reflow, Selective, and Wave soldering techniques. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate materials (solder pastes, stencils) and creating and maintaining programs for automated placement machines (e.g., Fuji, Mimot). Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation, placement, and rework of PCBs utilizing both SMD and THT components, conduct minor maintenance on production equipment, and train machine operators to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational training in Electrical or Communications Technology, possesses fundamental knowledge of SMT manufacturing, and is proficient in SAP modules (MM, PP, QM) and MS Office.
