Job Summary

The Electrical Instructor will be responsible for conveying specialized technical content, sharing practical expertise, and monitoring the learning progress of participants, including during internships. Key responsibilities include contributing to the preparation and execution of final examinations to ensure optimal results, and actively participating in the optimization of training processes and curriculum development. Candidates must possess a completed professional qualification in the electrical field, supplemented by a pedagogical qualification (such as AEVO suitability), and deep technical knowledge in areas like Siemens S7 PLC automation, plant construction (VDE regulations, Mechatronics), and circuit/system design. The ideal candidate is passionate about knowledge transfer, skilled in using digital tools, and exhibits strong communication and independent work habits.
