Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged IT Specialist focused on Desktop Support within a logistics environment in Bernburg, Germany. The successful candidate will act as the competent point of contact for all user inquiries regarding PCs and site-specific hardware. Day-to-day duties involve the planning and implementation of hardware and software infrastructure, performing regular maintenance and installations, and proactively analyzing and solving technical problems. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for the upkeep of printing and mobile devices. Key qualifications include a completed IT Specialist apprenticeship or equivalent certification, coupled with fundamental experience in PC operating systems, networking, common Microsoft software products, and Active Directory management. Knowledge of software packaging and logistics-specific components is advantageous. Good proficiency in both German and English is required.
