Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing essential on-site IT user support for a major IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire support lifecycle, starting with capturing and documenting user reports in a ticketing system, then prioritizing, classifying, and escalating incidents appropriately. You will be actively involved in hardware and software management, installing and configuring desktops, notebooks, and printers, and assisting with IT relocations, including setting up workstations and performing functional tests. Success requires a completed IT vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, coupled with practical expertise in Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office 365 suite. The position demands a high degree of customer and service orientation, reliable work habits, and clear communication.
