Job Summary

This role involves leading the establishment of a new Technical Building Services (TGA) team in Offenbach am Main, leveraging your expertise to shape internal processes and provide technical guidance to colleagues. You will be responsible for steering complex TGA projects through all service phases, ensuring successful, timely, and budget-compliant completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating various trades, maintaining smooth information flow among stakeholders, developing robust technical concepts, and reviewing plans to find practical solutions for challenging issues. The successful candidate must possess a degree in relevant engineering (e.g., Supply, Building Services, or Electrical Engineering) and several years of experience in TGA planning or project management. Expertise in German regulatory frameworks (HOAI, VOB, DIN, VDI) and proficiency with standard TGA and BIM software are crucial.
