Job Summary

This role seeks a Business Intelligence Consultant to join the team in Berlin, focusing on driving data-based decision processes and shaping the company's enterprise data landscape. The consultant will be central to developing and implementing a robust, company-wide data strategy, ensuring high standards for data quality, integration, and architecture. Key responsibilities include advising on, conceptualizing, and operating BI and Analytics platforms, managing the Data Warehouse (DWH) architecture, and selecting and implementing new BI technologies in close collaboration with specialist departments. The successful candidate must possess a completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with demonstrable practical experience in data analysis, reporting, and BI tool usage. Success in this position requires strong communication skills in both German (minimum B2 level) and English, proficiency in data modeling, process understanding, and familiarity with agile methods to effectively manage workshops, training sessions, and IT sub-projects.
