Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Energy and Building Technology to secure a permanent, future-proof role. The core responsibilities involve end-to-end management of complex projects, encompassing detailed organization, planning, execution, and rigorous cost controlling. Day-to-day tasks include preparing comprehensive calculations, quotations, and managing supplementary contracts, alongside generating accurate partial and final invoices. A key aspect of the role is high-level coordination, requiring close collaboration with site managers, administrative staff, and external stakeholders, including relevant authorities, technical experts, and clients. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, ideally complemented by a Master Craftsman qualification, along with proven professional experience in project and construction site management. Essential knowledge of German regulatory standards (VDE, VOB, BGB) and proficiency in MS Office are required, supported by strong assertiveness and persuasive skills to drive project success.
