Job Summary

This role requires a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage the operational aspects of the electricity and gas distribution networks in Syke. The successful candidate will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to assigned staff, coordinate activities, set goals, and ensure the quality and cost control of network operating products and external services. Key responsibilities include operational sales for minor measures, handling complaint management, maintaining relationships with municipalities and clients, and actively acquiring new contracts. Furthermore, the leader is responsible for implementing HSE culture, ensuring traffic safety obligations, and supporting the integration of Smart Grid technologies. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise (Master/Technician or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering), and practical experience within a network operator environment, offering diverse development opportunities within the global E.ON Group structure.
