Job Summary

This role involves the planning, execution, and coordination of maintenance and repair tasks for production facilities. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for obtaining quotes for external services and materials, managing budgets for smaller projects, and ensuring timely implementation. A core focus is on fault analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of plant and production processes, including assessing equipment condition and predicting failures. The successful candidate will coordinate across departments, manage internal and external suppliers, and oversee modifications and new constructions of production equipment. Key requirements include a technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, professional experience in production plant maintenance, and strong knowledge of drive technology, control engineering, and process automation. The role requires willingness to participate in regular on-call duties and occasional work on weekends and holidays, alongside proficiency in German and good English skills.
