Job Summary
This role requires a dedicated Technical Facility Manager to lead the technical operations at the Eppelheim site. The core responsibilities involve the technical leadership of the on-site building services team and the coordination and management of external service providers. Day-to-day tasks include crucial procurement activities such as obtaining quotes, drafting service specifications, awarding contracts, monitoring execution, and handling final acceptance, billing, and documentation. The manager serves as the primary contact for customers and users, ensuring the continuous, smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of all building technology and infrastructure processes. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a plant mechanic or electrician, combined with several years of professional experience and initial leadership capabilities.
