Job Summary

This full-time production role in Bayreuth involves the operation and monitoring of Surface Mounted Device (SMD) placement machines for printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. The successful candidate will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of SMD PCBs and ensuring the integrity of the final product through rigorous quality assurance procedures. Key daily tasks include operating the machines, performing visual inspections of placement and soldering results, and executing basic quality control checks. Candidates must possess knowledge of SMT technology and general assembly techniques. Success in this role requires strong soft skills such as flexibility, motivation, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, often involving shift, night, and weekend work.
