Job Summary

This role seeks an Artificial Intelligence Coordinator to drive the strategic integration and operational deployment of AI technologies within a major German social insurance provider (SVLFG) in Kassel. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and advancing organizational structures, developing strategic blueprints, guidelines, and action concepts for AI integration into business processes. A core function involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing processes in the context of digitalization and automation, while managing complex change processes. The role requires strong analytical and conceptual skills, acting as a crucial interface between specialist departments, IT, data protection, and external partners. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Informatics or MPA) and at least two years of professional experience in IT, digitalization, or administrative modernization, coupled with a willingness to lead and participate in strategic projects.
