Job Summary

This role is critical to the success of small GTF and P&WC engine programs, requiring the specialist to align internal objectives with the requirements of external customers and partners in the aerospace sector. A significant portion of the role involves the responsibility and optimization of inventory management systems, including WOC, inventory tracking, and range analysis. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and leading working groups focused on departmental processes and projects, and preparing high-level, management-ready program presentations and decision templates for internal and external stakeholders. The specialist will also be tasked with developing and establishing sustainable processes and structures both internally and in collaboration with external clients. Ideal candidates should possess a technical or commercial university background, initial experience in Program Management or Supply Chain, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English, alongside proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
