Job Summary

This role involves acting as the central technical liaison responsible for the support and development of international service partners concerning Electric Power Products. Day-to-day activities include serving as the primary contact for all product support inquiries, actively fostering and expanding the technical competencies of partners, and engaging in crucial product lifecycle management. The representative is expected to identify and analyze product problems and actively contribute to both Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. Key requirements include a completed university degree in Engineering Sciences or an equivalent qualification, fluent English proficiency (minimum B2 level), and a willingness to undertake international travel.
