Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Requirements Engineer seeking to manage the complete lifecycle of product and component requirements across diverse engineering projects. Day-to-day responsibilities involve translating high-level customer demands into detailed product specifications, and then moderating development teams (including software, hardware, architects, and testers) to derive precise technical requirements. A core function is ensuring the traceability of all requirements and conducting thorough requirements reviews. Furthermore, the role involves driving the change management process for existing specifications and supporting the coaching and training of development teams on best practices. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement and development of internal engineering methods and processes. The successful candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a comparable field, and possess initial professional experience in Requirements Engineering. Familiarity with requirements management tools like Polarion or DOORS and the V-Model is highly advantageous.
