Job Summary

The City of Sankt Augustin is seeking two Civil Engineers specializing in underground construction to join their Civil Engineering Department. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities from planning and construction preparation to supervision and project management for various civil engineering and special structures, utilizing both trenchless and open construction methods. Key tasks include managing externally commissioned engineering services, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations (VOB) and fee structures for architects and engineers (HOAI), and preparing budget applications. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, practical experience in underground construction or urban water management, and proficiency with relevant IT and CAD/AVA software. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning, construction preparation, supervision, and project management of civil engineering measures
  • Experience in managing externally commissioned engineering services
