This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for internal employees at the Kiel location, ensuring the stability and continuous development of the company's IT systems. The specialist will handle First- and Second-Level Support, resolving challenges related to both hardware and software. Key daily tasks include purchasing, setting up, and installing hardware (clients, peripherals), managing the telephone system and mobile devices, and administering the server environment (virtual and physical machines). The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT-related qualification, such as an IT Specialist or IT Systems Management qualification, combined with at least five years of professional experience in IT Support. Essential technical knowledge includes proficiency in Microsoft 365 environments, server/storage solutions, and basic familiarity with Linux/Unix and PowerShell scripting.
